Entrance / activities fees are generally very expensive in New Zealand; it can really ‘burn’ a hole of one’s pocket! There were times when we wondered if it was really worth visiting (the places) or taking part (in the activities)! Fortunately for us, as the group was big, sometimes we were given group discount, but not always.
